In the bottom corner of the screen you will see a chat icon. That is the best way to get customer support.
The customer support chat portal is contained in its own messenger app separate from everything else and connects to me directly on my personal cell phone, so I know that messages there are only from customers with questions, and there is no such thing as a junk/spam folder there.
Email – I literally get hundreds of emails a day – everything from spam to business promotions, etc. It’s too easy for a message to get lost in the pile. I understand – you receive confirmation and shipping notifications via email, and so its very easy to just hit reply and send a message. But response time via email is highly variable, and might get overlooked.
