Click the green message bubble in the bottom corner of your screen to open a chat with Customer Support.
If you find the Customer Support Portal is offline or unattended, please leave your email, contact info, and a brief description of your issue, and you will receive a reply as soon as possible.
If you wish to check on the status of an order, you can login to your customer account and view order status and history anytime. Click on My Account in the menu at the top of the screen.
